Samurai Sword Hand Forged with Maru Technique. 40 1/2" overall,11" handle, 28" blade. Hand sharpened with carbon steel 1045 blade. Fudo Myoo the Japanese Ancient Warrior God is engraved on one side of the blade and on the reverse side is the Dragon Horimono. Tuska is wrapped with cotton inderneath with genuine ray skin. Handle is also double pegged. Laquered finished scabbard. Includes cotton sword bag. The Maru technique is a process of forging the steel for the samurai swords learned in Japan but made outside of Japan.
