This piece in the Masahiro Samura Sword Katana Practical series has a hand forged high carbon steel blade. Features include a one piece brass construction blade collar,authentic ray skin wrapped handle and blackened bronze guard. The sageo and ito are woven from japanese cotton and the scabbard has adeep black lacquered finish. Also included is a cotton sword bag. Overall length 42", blade 27" and handle 11"
