Firstly, you need to know that which knuckles fall under the category of hard knuckles and which do not. Hard knuckles are those which are made up of metal, wood, hard plastic and resin.

Therefore, it’s not just the metal knuckles that come under the umbrella of hard ones, others are hard knuckles too.

A Deadly Weapon

A deadly weapon is the one that is capable of killing someone and results in the death of someone. Now, almost every thing if used with the intention of killing can kill. Therefore, the government of some states provide a long list of weapons which are deadly to avoid any confusion and loopholes.

Now, what are permits? A permit is a written order or official certificate granting special permission to do something. Some states deem a weapon hidden near to you as a concealed weapon and may not consider the one as illegal which is a bit far from you i.e. it is not in your arm’s reach.

Brandishing a Weapon
